ONE-TO-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

Mind Body Total Fitness offers one-on-one and training sessions.   In these 30 or 60 minute sessions, the complete focus is on the client.  These sessions are results driven to ensure you are on the fast track to getting your goals met.

All of our personal training sessions are customized to your goals and needs based on a health assessment.  This health assessment includes measurements, posture checks, weekly activity plans and food diaries.

During your one-on-one sessions you receive:
