Put Down The Coffee

For centuries people have looked for many ways to enhance their brain function.  One of the most common techniques is coffee.

The main reason coffee enhances brain function is due to the increased alertness and ability to focus offered by caffeine. However, there are numerous ways to activate the brain without having to tolerate the side effects of drinking coffee, such as stained teeth, insomnia, nervousness, increased heart and breathing rate, or even headaches, anxiety and agitation.

Luckily there are other options to coffee that can help you maintain your alertness:

You do not need to drink coffee to improve brain function when you have so many great foods you can eat instead. Aside from brain alertness, you can also lose weight easily with a good diet.
