1st TRAINING CAMP LOCATION & TIME

2nd TRAINING CAMP LOCATION & TIME: South Houston -Aztlan Boxing Gym

DAYS AND TIMES:

7:30am – 8:30am       Monday, Wednesday, Friday  (Co-Ed Camp)

9:00am – 10:00am       Monday, Wednesday, Friday  (Co-Ed Camp)

WHERE TO MEET: 

Inside The Boxing Gym

ALTERNATE: 

Front entrance parking lot

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to fill out some paperwork and for us to probably meet before starting class.

What to bring to boxing class:

• bring (5 to 8 pound •dumbbells for women & 10 to 15 pounds for men) 

• jump rope & 12 oz to 16 oz Boxing gloves & boxing hand wraps

•a Mat

•a bottle water 

•towel optional 

•positive energy and enthusiasm and willingness to learn!

 

MIND BODY TOTAL FITNESS IMPORTANT INFO

  • Please call to start your own private group(s) at your clinic, church, school, or organization. Must have at least 17 members.
  • All groups must have at least 17 members.
  • Limited Space. Once a package is purchased, please wait on a confirmation email from our Mind Body Total Fitness team for your start date.
