2nd WHERE: MANVEL – CLARENCE E. SASSER PARK               

Address:   

Clarence E. Sasser Park is Located on the south side of Southfork Rd (CR 59) @ Jeske Rd (CR 922) a few block east of Highway 288.

9:00am – 10:00am       Mon, Wed, Fri    (WOMEN ONLY)

WHERE TO MEET:

The Open Field

ALTERNATE: 

The Basketball Court

Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out some paperwork and for us to probably meet before starting class.

What to bring to camp:

•bring 5 to 8 pound •dumbbells 

•jump rope 

•a Mat

•a bottle water 

•towel optional 

•positive energy and enthusiasm and willingness to learn!

 

MIND BODY TOTAL FITNESS IMPORTANT INFO

  • Please call to start your own private group(s) at your clinic, church, school, or organization. Must have at least 17 members.
  • All groups must have at least 17 members.
  • Limited Space. Once a package is purchased, please wait on a confirmation email from our Mind Body Total Fitness team for your start date.
