What is boxing fitness AND FUN?

Boxing is a fun and challenging form of training that has many physiological and psychological benefits.  It’s complex, dynamic and demanding, yet can be tailored to meet any level of fitness.

Boxing for fitness is a great way to get an amazing cardiovascular workout, improve your strength and have fun at the same time.  Boxing is suitable for most levels of fitness and skill from the absolute beginner to the athlete.  It involves learning and practicing different movements and skills as well as working on general fitness and strength.  Boxing keeps you constantly moving, thinking and sweating.
