What is Mind Body Total Fitness Outdoor Weight Loss Camp Like?

Depending on your needs, Mind Body Total Fitness Outdoor Weight Loss Camp is a results driven and energetic fitness and fat loss program led by experienced certified personal trainers.  We use motivation, accountability and dynamic training to get you the body you want.  We are designed and customized exclusively for men and women of varying body types and fitness levels.  You won’t lift beyond your level or perform movement out of your skill set.  You will perform exercises, comprised of constantly varied functional movements, that mimic everyday movements so you will be stronger and more efficient in your day to day activities.  We deliver 1-on-1 training but in a group setting to help motivate and challenge you while keeping the cost of the program affordable compared to private 1-on-1 personal training sessions.

Your workouts will take place in one of Pearland’s many beautiful, sate and well lighted park setting.  Our park locations incidentally, look and feel very much like working out in a tropical garden.  And incidentally, every certified personal trainer on my staff has at least 6 years education and training, and is typically very knowledgable about anatomy, the circulatory system, and diet and nutrition  In addition, I have over 15 years of experience.

I am a professional.  Your personal training experience is professional in every way.  It’s also relaxing and enjoyable.

Incidentally, many medical doctors, chiropractors and physical therapists refer patients to me suffering from depression, anxiety to serve weight loss, sports specifics and various others situations to me for fitness training.
